Garlic Shrimp with Lemon Cilantro Butter Sauce

This garlic shrimp recipe is excellent for those wonderful summer nights. It is simple to prepare and incredible to enjoy at any summer get together with friends or family. The freshness of the wild caught shrimp combine with the garlic and the lemon cilantro butter sauce is a wonderful combination. Adding also the Volcanic sea salt, it give a touch of nature and unique flavor. Serving them on top of fried plantain and then drizzle the lemon cilantro butter sauce on top is a mouth watering experience.



1 pound of wild caught Shrimp

1/2 cup of cilantro shopped

3 clove of garlic mince

1 Tbsp of pepper flakes

2 Tbsp of Olive Oil

2 Tbsp of Volcanic Sea Salt ( or any Sea Salt)

1 cup of Butter

Black pepper to your taste
