Free Shipping Policy
Shipping is Free, Easy and Fast for all orders at thelowex.com. Regardless of price all orders will ship for Free in the 50 states plus Puerto Rico. In rare cases where the item you purchased is oversize or over 10+ Pounds, free shipping may not apply. In these cases thelowex.com will contact you with a shipping quote.

Shipping Process
We process all orders within 1 business day. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS Ground. In some cases where packages exceed 10 pounds, your item will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post Mail. We do not yet offer guaranteed overnight shipping. We do not drop-ship any order and all orders are shipped directly from our facilities. Any order value more than $250 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

The following orders may result in delayed shipping:

Shipping address doesn’t match billing address

Payment delays

Invalid shipping address

Large quantity orders of 5 or more will take additional processing time

Severe weather conditions, causing carrier to delay shipping

Tracking your Package

When your order ships, your account is updated with tracking information. Then you may use the tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website. You may also click the “Order Status” button on the top right hand corner of the thelowex.com website to obtain tracking data.


Lost Package

If the tracking information shows delivered, we will consider the item to have reached its destination. If you don’t have the package, please look around your property. Check with your neighbor, or ask the carrier the following day where the package was left. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us by email at customerservice@thelowex.com or phone (305)-969-1669. If you provided an invalided address the package will be returned back to the warehouse.


Missed Delivery?

If you are not at home and you missed delivery, USPS will leave a note to pick up the package at the nearest station. Failing to pick up the package at the Post office will result in the package being undelivered. It will be shipped back to us.

UPS usually makes 3 delivery attempts before considering the package undeliverable. After the 3rd attempt, you may contact UPS to pick up your package, at their nearest location. Please note that UPS will only hold the package for up to 3 days.


Multiple Orders

Most of your products will be shipped together in one box and will arrive at the same time. However, if the order is large, it may ship in more than one box. Thus, you will have more than one tracking number. Please visit my account to obtain proper tracking information.


Shipping Outside the U.S.

We ship to the following International countries only:

Australia, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Swaziland, Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, Ireland, Puerto Rico, and Brazil.

When shipping to these locations, please keep the following in mind:

Shipping rates will vary based on size and quantity, estimate will be provided at checkout.

Shipping time will vary depending on Country of delivery.

Delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take an additional 7 to 14 days.

All International Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.
