Returns are Simple, Easy and Fast
Your Full Satisfaction is our company’s main priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order with, for any reason, please refer to the return policy below:

Basic Return Policy
You have 30 days on any Brand New item or 45 days on any Like New, Used or Open Box items sold at All returns must include the original packaging, plastic bags, cable, etc. It must also include the manufacturer’s documentation which includes papers manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.The original UPC barcode must be intact on the box. Do not use the original retail box as a packaging box, to return the item.

How to Return an Item for Refund

Just fill out the our Return Form with the necessary information related to your order. Once you have filled out the form, just pack and send the product back to us along with the return form. Once we have received the item, we either refund your order in full or we will exchange the item if an exchange has been requested from you.

In case that we have shipped you the wrong merchandise, Please contact us so we can provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. All refunds will be issued back to payment method previously used.

Please allow up to 14 business days from shipment for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) after receipt of the item.
