Strip Filet Mignon with Brandy Cream Sauce

Tender Strip filet Mignon with a delicious Brandy Scented creamy sauce accompanied with mashed potatoes, asparagus and tomatoes and garnished with a sprinkle of fresh chives. That's what you can call luxury! Cooked from scratch with the most freshest ingredients and seasoned with simplicity with just salt, pepper and olive oil. Enjoy this wonderful dish with a glass of your preferred Wine.



1 pound Beef Tenderloin

1 pound of Red Potatoes

1/2 Asparagus

1/2 of Cherry Tomatoes

1/2 Cup of Butter

1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream

1/4 Cup of Brandy

1/4 of Olive Oil

2 Clove of garlic mince

Chives for Garnish

Sea salt, Pepper to your taste
