Argentinian Chimichuri Sauce Simple but Crazy Delicious

Chimichurri is one of the tastiest and versatile sauces everywhere. It's usually served with grilled steak, but it can be add it also to any other protein such chicken or fish and is traditional part of an Argentinian parrillada or BBQ mixed grill. It's so delicious with grilled chorizo sausages. The Chimichurri sauce can be use as a marinade and also gives a spark of taste to vegetables. Some people like it with more garlic, some other prefer only parsley, and sometime people even used fresh tomatoes in their sauce – My Chimichurri sauce is fresh and simple. The fewer the ingredients, the better the taste. My friends called my signature Chimichuri sauce: The Poison sauce because after one night of fermentation, this simple Chimichurri sauce will delight you with its taste and aroma. Not only is it simply made, but it is also done with the freshest ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 Bunch of Cilantro

1 Bunch of Parsley

4-5 Cloves of Garlic

2 Cups of Olive Oil

1 Cup of Vinegar
