| 1. Look for the Quick Ship Eligible icon for eligible orders. All Quick Ship Eligible orders will be upgraded to 2-3 delivery days for free. Orders then are processed within one business day. When orders are dispatched, customers receive tracking information immediately. |
| 2. With Quick Ship Eligible, delivery approximately takes 2-3 business days for arrival, depending on destination. Customers may track their orders using the tracking numbers provided in their accounts. |
| 3. If you have not received your package within 2-3 business days from the ship date, please contact our customer service. |
| 4. theLowex.com will partially refund your account 10% if the 2-3 day delivery guarantee is missed. Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method used. |
| How does 7 Days Shipping Guarantee work? |

| All other orders not eligible for Quick Ship will be backed by our 7 days delivery guarantee program. No Subscription or annual fees needed. |
| The 7 days delivery program carries the same 10% refund on your order in the unlikely event that the shipping carrier misses the delivery date. |
| How does 10% Reward Credit work? |
| All our items are entitled to 10% credit in the unlikely event that item is not delivered by 4th business day for Quick Ship Eligible or the 8th business day for all other orders . |
| Shipping is free for all orders. There is no minimum amount per order required, there are no add-on orders required, there is no membership needed. |

| theLowex.com reserves the right to validate any tracking information before issuing any refund. If the package is not delivered due to an invalid address, no claim can be made. First delivery attempt by carrier counts as delivery date. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Business days excludes Saturday, Sunday and any federally observed holidays. Bulk orders do not qualify for any Shipping Guarantee Program. Shipping Guarantee is not applicable for any International Orders. |
