Tons of sage, thyme and rosemary in this herb-loaded blend. Can be used as a brine as well as stuffing spice. To make the brine, combine 1 gallon of water, 1/2 cup of sea salt and 1/4 cup Big Tom's rub. Keep turkey at 41° while brining. Pat dry before applying the rub inside and out under the skin. Amazing on Turkey, Chicken, Pork, Brine, Roasted Veggies, Stuffing Seasoning.
